What you will do as a Talent Acquisition Associate
Prepare and assist with New Hire Orientation
Assist new hires with completing onboarding if not yet completed
Process new hires in the system
Complete I9’s
Send new hire emails to HR Corporate
Assist with hiring events and pass out flyers
Request badge pictures and uploads them
Upload New Hire Orientation documents
Upload Pay Cards
Verify rehire eligibility
Assist with termination process
Assist with talent acquisition efforts
Track offers, new hires, turnover, and missing pieces of information for compliance purposes
Schedule New Hire Orientation
Update facility with hiring event recap
Assist HR Manager/Generalist with special projects (i.e., sign on bonuses, referral bonuses, etc.)
Assist with onsite hiring events or attending local job fairs
Assist in schedule tours
Move the candidates into the hired status in ATS
Terminate the no shows in ATS
Run background and onboarding for candidates
Notify the HR Manager if there is an issue with someone’s background
Build and close facility requisitions
Upload pay cards
Prepare or update employee records related to hiring
What you need to have to be successful as a Talent Acquisition Administrator
High attention to detail
MS Skills – intermediate level
Passion for people
Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment
Prior experience with ATS highly desired
Some Human Resources or Recruiting experience highly desired
Highschool diploma or GED
Must be 18 years or older
