Caring, compassionate, & helpful individual needed to act as a patient care coordinator/front desk in our positive, high quality, comprehensive, dental office.

We are seeking a very special individual who can combine a positive, natural enthusiasm with a commitment to excellence, passion for dentistry, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to make a difference in our patients’ lives.

A background in dental front office work and treatment plan presentation is essential. Experience with dental insurance is needed as we do file and assist our patients with insurance claims. We also heavily utilize medical insurances for TMJ, Sleep Apnea, Implants, and Periodontal Disease. Additional training will be provided as needed

Duties will be:

– Keeping our patients happy by providing exceptional service
– Presenting optimal dental care to patients with compassion and in an easily understandable fashion
– Assisting patients in making the best choices for themselves regarding dental care
– Acting as a patient advocate as they discover treatment options and possibilities
– Making financial arrangements with patients
– Keeping records

– Helping patients on the phone
– Organizing the treatment schedule
– Filing and processing insurance claims to ensure prompt payment

Compensation will be commensurate with performance and include profit sharing, paid CE, and 2 weeks paid vacation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
