Lazard’s HR Team is looking for a campus recruiting coordinator to provide full lifecycle recruitment support for our US Financial Advisory business. Role and Responsibilities: * Help organize and advertise recruitment events and manage high-volume interview days during the peak recruiting seasons for the summer analyst and summer associate programs. Act as point of contact for events and interview days. This includes being on-site contact, as well as handling communication to candidates on status updates throughout the process * Act as the main point of contact for onboarding to ensure all necessary actions are taken prior to the start date while collaborating with internal teams (payroll, background screening, immigration, etc.). * Support the campus recruiters in setting up logistics for the summer analyst and summer associate internship programs – including help scheduling trainings and planning networking events. * Learn to master recruiting and HR technology and systems to ensure our recruiting data is being accurately captures and reported on. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree required, with at least 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resources for the investment banking or related businesses. * Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. * Highly responsive, a great sense of urgency, ability to multitask, and a bias toward innovation. * Prior experience in either recruitment or learning is a plus. * Highly organized.
