Responsibilities

• Develop and track creative production timelines.
• Assure schedules are met and assets are delivered on time.
• Manage traffic of creative reviews, feedback, proofing and approvals.
• Develop materials to present content, capture feedback and share a summary/recap.
• Support outsourcing creative production needs.
• Coordinate video ad photo shoots.
• Develop prep lists, prop lists, shot lists and pre-pro calls.
• Support execution and manage overall timelines.
• Facilitate timely and clear communication between creative and marketing teams, gather additional information when needed.
• Updating and maintaining project management tool so all necessary information is captured.
• Digital asset management. Organize files, folders, and naming conventions and well as delivering/sharing assets.

Qualifications & Experience

• One to Two years of creative production experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Flexible
• Customer and client focused
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
