You will be trusted to:

• Basic skill in reading and interpreting diagrams and prints
• Ability to coordinate implementation plans

You qualify with:

• Nine or more years of experience in power plant operations, maintenance or engineering.
• A degree(s) in power generation, engineering, business, science, math or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
• Driver’s license

• Experience in non-destructive examination (NDE), root cause analysis, and other applicable PdM tools.
• Experience in developing and implementing CMMS processes.
• Experience with Maximo is a plus.
• Experience in developing and tracking performance metrics.
• Proven track record of leading change and in developing and executing strategies to support change.
