The purpose of this role will be to lead a team of Regional Marketing and Sales professionals in implementing and managing a community portfolio’s marketing and sales program with the objective of growing occupancy. This individual will be responsible for leading a sales team to achieve sales goals, develop and implement a marketing plan, and develop a referral network and build occupancy. The position reports to the SVP, Managing Director of Life Plan Communities.
