Our client within a service-based industry needs a skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to support their continued growth! In this fast-paced, direct hire role, you will be a strategic leader who can manage compliance. Candidates with experience in a service-based industry and strong working knowledge of all aspects of HR are preferred.
Responsibilities of the Senior Human Resources Manager
- Oversee the HR team
- Work with hiring managers to identify hiring needs
- Work with outside legal counsel
- Create, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Keep up to date with industry best practices
- Network with key vendors and resources and maintain relationships
- Perform other related tasks and projects, as required
Qualifications of the Senior Human Resources Manager
- Bachelor’s in HR or a related major
- At least five years of prior experience
- Strong working knowledge of all aspects of HR, especially with staffing
- A strategic thinker who is proactive, results oriented, and organized
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Results driven
- Experienced in creating budgets and forecasts
- A strong communicator
