Responsibilities:
Assist Human Resources department with administrative tasks
Assist office personnel with miscellaneous tasks as needed
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
Audit and maintain personnel records of employees
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity as requested
Enter/import time on a weekly basis for payroll
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
Requirements:
1 year of related experience in Human Resources preferred but willing to train
High School Diploma
Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail
Proficient with MS Word & Excel
Previous experience with ADP and Bamboo, preferred
Self-motivated, team player with excellent people skills.
High level of discretion with confidential material
