Role Summary: This role is responsible for supporting Human Resource by directing and coordinating administrative functions of the organization such as, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and information, screening applications and provide clerical support. Job Duties Responsibilities
Filing paperwork away
Take and deliver messages
Screen applications
Print new hire paperwork and applications
Fill out 19 and W4 (New hire paperwork)
Organize new hire paperwork
Maintain employee records
Support Human Resources by scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information
Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
Keep Human Resource information confidential
Assist with interviews and investigations Assist with offering benefits
Education & Experience:
Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent
Interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Abilities:
Ability to frequently perform various activities that require; sitting, standing, walking, pulling/pushing objects, climbing, grasp & reach
Ability to move arms and hands at a rapid pace for extended periods of time
Must have good vision, smell, and hearing
Ability to coordinate eyes, hands, fingers, and feet accurately and handle precise movements Ability to occasionally lift 40 lbs. from floor/ shoulder level Mental/Other Skills & Abilities:
