If you are interested in joining an exciting team with a focus on exceptional home health care, please contact us.The Clinical Team Leader candidate will hold current licensure as a Registered Nurse or LPN. The CTL position requires excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail, employee relations skills, communication skills, customer service skills, professionalism and work ethic. The perfect candidate will be a team player and be excited to grow with their Legacy family. Must be tech savvy and have exceptional computer skills. Previous Home Health and previous management experience is REQUIRED. The position is full time and will include management and support of field staff, oversight of up to 150 patients care plans, working with scheduling, and frequent physician communication.Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hourBenefits:
