Our Talent Acquisition Team is the primary point of contact for hiring managers, applicants and candidates and must be able to recruit/hire for any level position within the business, executing full life cycle recruiting processes. As a strategic business partner to hiring managers, you will advise and sell the most appropriate solutions to find and attract candidates. Advise hiring managers on best practices for developing clear and effective position descriptions, while utilizing the tools we have in place along with managing candidate’s status within our ATS: Dayforce.
As we grow at record speed, success in this role will be measured by your ability to deliver quality hires for our business units in the face of high-growth targets. The majority of your time will be spent screening and managing candidates through a high-touch experience, and empowering hiring managers to build high performing teams. The balance will be split among vendor management, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, and work on various growth initiatives.
