Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the assigned Patient Access areas. This person will have a variety of administrative and leadership tasks.

Education – Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
Education – Preferred:
- Associate’s Degree or
- Bachelor’s Degree
Experience – Required:
- 1 year in a healthcare environment or in a front-line leadership role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Required:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Knowledge of diagnostic tests and procedures or physician office scheduling protocols and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, technology, and software applications.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Preferred:
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
