Job Summary:
Coordinates components of an Employee Health Program that fosters the health, safety, productivity, and wellness of all employees and applicants.

Education – Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
Experience – Required:
- 2 years of experience in employee/occupational health and 2 years of experience in occupational health and/or case management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Required:
- Knowledge of infection control as it relates to personnel in health care settings; applicable OSHA standards; FMLA and ADA legislation; and the related disciplines of toxicology, ergonomics, and biostatistics.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Preferred:
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania workers compensation law.
Licensure – Required:
- Registered Nurse PA Upon Hire
Certifications – Required:
- BLS – Basic Life Support Upon Hire
Licensure – Preferred:
- COHN – Certified Occupational Health Nurse Upon Hire or
- COHN-S – Certified Occupational Health Nurse-Specialist Upon Hire
