Job Summary:
Manages workers’ compensation cases for claimants within the network. Functions as the liaison between the patient, medical care provider, employer, carrier, and third parties involved in the case to make sure that all necessary parties or informed timely of all updates on a patient’s care.

Education – Required:
- High School Diploma/GED
Education – Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Experience – Required:
- 2 years professional experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Required:
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Ability to multi-task and provide communication timely and professionally to all parties involved in the case.
- Self starter attitude and ability to manage their own schedule independently. Ability to manage a great deal of change in a small time frame.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Preferred:
- Knowledgeable about or have experience with worker’s compensation claims.
