Description
The Mission: Leidos is seeking a Resource Manager / Business Manager to support a large enterprise IT contract. The Business Manager will serve as a member of the Program Management Office (PMO), working directly with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Operations Manager. The administrator will work with the staffing database management system (RMS) to maintain, update, and add candidates as well as oversee the onboarding process of these candidates from start to finish. Program support includes, but is not limited to: supporting weekly program meetings, preparing weekly staffing metrics for consolidation into customer deliverables, reviewing resumes to determine if they meet the qualifications of contract vacancies, scheduling interviews, maintaining program organizational charts, maintaining email distribution lists, assisting with requisition development and verification, ensuring Leidos and Subcontractor onboarding success, managing staffing projections, working with hiring managers to fill assigned positions, coordinating security clearance needs with the team, and communicating indoctrination and departure information.Â

Pay Range $49,400.00 – $89,300.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
