We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager at our Corporate Office.
As the HR Manager you provide leadership on all aspects of the company’s HR practices and processes, will support business needs, and ensure proper implementation of company culture, strategy and objectives. You will enable business success through HR management including job design, recruitment, performance management, employment cycle changes, benefit and compensation practices and talent management.
The HR Manager will partner with Operations and General Managers to help conduct necessary investigations on employee relations issues and advises on appropriate resolution. Will manage and lead the HR team. Responsible for compliance with federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to personnel and employment matters including but not limited to:
· Employee Handbooks
· EEO-1 reporting oversight
· 401K reports/audits/HCE testing and annual filing
· 5500 reports for Benefits/ERISA/Medicare
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role and 2+ years’ supervisory experience. Bachelors’ degree or equivalent is required. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is required. Senior housing experience is a huge plus!
