L3Harris Technologies is seeking top candidates for HR Business Partner and HR Specialist roles who are graduating in May 2023 with a B.S. and / or M.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations.
Selected candidates would be considered for HR Business Partner or Specialist opportunities across a variety of disciplines, including compensation; employee engagement & experience; diversity, equity & inclusion; employee relations; learning & development; people analytics; and talent acquisition.
Successful candidates will
Partner with client groups to build and execute talent plans in achievement of overall business strategy, objectives, and goals.
Have a strong understanding and knowledge of analytics to enable and influence leaders to make sound talent decisions and promote employee engagement and experience.
Identify and diagnose issues proactively and develop, recommend, and implement root cause solutions that enhance employee engagement / experience and business results in a timely manner.
Participate in and / or lead projects and special initiatives within and outside the HR function as assigned.
Promote high professional standards, positive interpersonal relationships, and demonstrates L3Harris core values of integrity, excellence, and respect.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent area
Preferred additional skills
HR experience via 1 or more summer internships.
Ability to drive results in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
Strong learning agility and intellectual curiosity with an aptitude for problem solving; ability to link situations to the bigger picture and challenge the status quo.
Ability to work as a solid contributing member of a team as well as operate independently.
Experience / familiarity with employee relations and organizational / management development.
Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, coaching, and consulting skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Demonstrated proficiency using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and make / present recommendations; experience with business intelligence tools is a plus.
