LHH is currently seeking a Clinical Service Intake Analyst for a REMOTE contract to Hire position in Portland, OR. The selected candidate must reside in Washington or Oregon only. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Organizing and researching regulations as pertain to patients’ insurance eligibility. The pay rate for this position: $19 – $21/per hour depending on experience. Responsibilities:

• Complete all admissions paperwork and enter it digitally

• Verify medical insurance coverage and benefits for each patient

• Schedule appointments for consultations, test, and procedures

• Follow up responsibility for system functionality of both POS equipment and internal network

• Answer phone and email inquires

• Address any patient complaints or concerns

• Perform clerical work and other duties as assigned

• Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks

Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• General computer knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet search).

• General organization, data entry and administrative skills.

• Ability to work weekends/holidays/past 5:00 PM

• Ability to work overtime

• Independent self-starter

• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
