Global Network Communications department is looking for an Associate Network Analyst for the Network Analytics and Expense Management team. In this role you will be assisting the team with all telecom expense management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in production support and maintenance for telecom expense management systems.
• Consults on systems and financial related issues.
• Develops ad hoc and on-going forecasts and models that assist the business in making decisions, effectively communicating trends and outcomes.
• Participates with vendors and common carriers on technical and financial analysis.
• Actively contributes to continuous improvement projects designed to increase the speed and effectiveness of analysis.
• Prepares and maintains standard operating procedures for the team as well as system documentation, and operating manuals.
• Participates in the evaluation of vendor proposals and the benefits of changes in systems, access methods and tariffs, and in the procurement of circuits, software and equipment.

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline.
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of business function(s) and basic awareness of business operations.
• Experience in telecom expense management, both wireless and wireline.
• Knowledge of wired and wireless telecom inventory practices including provisioning, inventory and billing.
• Proficient in utilizing PowerBI to make data driven decisions
• Requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively with client and other IT management and staff.
• Demonstrated ability to operate collaboratively and build consensus.
• Knowledge of agile practices, development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira).
• Strong process orientation with effective organizational, communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of IT concepts and methodologies and their application to business opportunities.
