About the Department

The Supply Chain Operations Manager is part of the Operations department. The Operations department helps support the growth and needs of the organization by sourcing goods and creating business practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible within Lifelines Neuro. By converting materials and labor into goods and services as efficiently as possible, the team works across the organization to ensure the production process is completed from start to finish. The Operations team will interface with Finance, Production, R&D, Sales, Product Development, Customer Experience, etc.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Operations Manager for a full-time position. The Supply Chain Operations Manager will be empowered to take our global company to the next phase of accelerated growth. This person should be a self-starter, with a positive attitude who enjoys working through people to achieve tremendous results. We are looking for someone with high integrity to improve processes and maximize efficiency within the organization. This position will manage logistics, inventory, assembly, and order fulfilment for the United States of America operations. This position will report to the Chief Operations Officer, located in our UK office. This position will be located in our Louisville, KY office. The ideal candidate for this role will possess critical thinking and decision-making ability, strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee logistics, inventory management, manufacturing and purchasing for the US operations
• Coordinate relocation of production from St. Louis facility to Louisville facility
• Take responsibility and initiative to ensure smooth production and operations
• Manage procurement and resource allocation
• Define, implement and revise operational policies and guidelines for the organization
• Evaluate third party tools to increase efficiency within 6 months
• Continually reshape department best practices to provide excellent customer experience
• Identify patterns and problem areas and provide effective solutions to improve efficiency that allows the organization to scale
• Work with our international manufacturer to procure a supply chain to support customer orders
• Ensure vendor compliance and quality metrics are in line with Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines

Minimum Qualifications

• High School/GED
• 3-5 years Supervisor/People management experience
• 3-5 years Supply chain experience
• 5+ years in Operations or Inventory Management
• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Will require 75% travel to the St. Louis office the first 30-60+ days

Preferred Qualifications

• Post high school education
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) utilization and implementation
• Intermediate knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
