What We Are Looking for:

• A Pre-Construction Assistant who will provide day-to-day support to the Director of Pre-Construction and the pre-construction teams, assisting in achieving the objectives of the team and company, and who shows initiative to learn and advance within Lighthouse Electric.
• Someone with:
• Well-rounded administrative skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• Well-developed organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Exceptional computer skills (notably Microsoft Office and document repositories)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effectively work independently and collaboratively, taking direction from multiple sources
• Exceptional customer service skills (internal and external)
• Willingness to obtain basic electrical construction knowledge, including learning to read and evaluate specifications and blueprints
• Professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and apply discretion in all situations
• Bachelors or Associates degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related degree, preferred
