Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an individual who has experience with Quickbooks .Must be able to understand how accounting ties into the data input to Quickbooks. Experience is a requirement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients & co-workers as needed on orders incoming & outgoing.
- Accounts receivable /payable.
- Quarterly reports filing.
- Monthly reconciling of accounts.
- General accounting practices.
- Business development and possibly working with our social media accounts.
