The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, onboarding, and culture development for a fast-moving start-up environment. They should be comfortable coordinating with internal teams on onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
This role reports directly into leadership and will work closely with key stakeholders to identify and fill talent gaps in the firm and provide guidance on the best way to resource candidates to fill those gaps. This role will also focus on ongoing employee engagement, retention, and trainings to ensure the team is engaged and proud to be a part of the Lime team.
