Responsibilities:
Screen and recruit applicants
Manage the applicant tracking/offer process: screen applicants, schedule interviews, prepare letters, manage background and drug/alcohol screenings
Maintain Training Matrix and coordinate required training as needed
Prepares and posts all internal and inter-company job postings
Manage onboarding process to include new hire orientation, follow up meetings with new hires, completion of open action items for new hires
Assist with benefits administration
Assists in annual open enrollment
Manage I-9 process/documents
Assist with Leave of Absence administration
Other HR-related duties as required.
