- Top independent wealth management company seeks an outstanding Operations team member to assist with back office support such as account opening, account transfers, funds disbursement, etc…
- Candidates should have the experience and professionalism to communicate effectively with high net worth clients. Exceptional phone etiquette and written correspondence skills required.
- Candidates should be able to work independently and with accuracy under tight time constraints.
- Must be able to accomplish multiple daily activity assignments with an emphasis on quality of work and effectiveness of tasks that include follow up with clients.
- Previous financial industry experience is preferred
