Automotive Service Representative

A rare opportunity to work at one of the highest volume Service Centers in the country. Must be articulate, CSI driven, high energy, highly motivated, and very reliable. A Service Advisor’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the customer has an easy, hassle free experience in our service department. You will maintain a positive, friendly attitude toward the customer and protect the customer service index score of the service department. You will accomplish this by addressing the customers primary concerns, keeping the customer updated on the status of repairs, and ensuring the vehicle is repaired right the first time and delivered back to the customer when promised. You will coordinate and schedule repairs with 3 to 5 service technicians and manage the flow of business throughout the day.

Responsibilities will Include:

• Write service repair orders & follow the service department process
• Create and maintain working relationships with customers.
• Address the primary reason for the service visit and make additional recommendations for service work as needed
• Achieve monthly performance goals while maintaining department CSI scores
• Professionally handle incoming calls and set appointments for customer service visits
• Maintain communication with the customer throughout the day and deliver on our value proposition.

Pay: $39,805.00 – $121,220.00 per year
