We currently have an opening on the day shift. This shift offers a great balance of work and family time. Employees on the day shift work from Monday to Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and depending on the workload, we work overtime on Fridays.
WELD TEST REQUIRES PERSONAL WELD HELMET
Candidates will be considered for hire if they can pass the TIG Welding test (experience required).
Lionshead Precision Metals (formerly IMC Corp.) is seeking a qualified candidate who can come in and hit the door running. Some general job duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- TIG and fuse weld 0.030 stainless steel and carbon steel to a high cosmetic standard
- TIG 0.030 Aluminum
- MIG carbon steel
- Repeatedly load fixtures and weld parts
In addition, Lionshead employees must be able to:
- Communicate well with Lionshead employees (written & oral)
- Read and comprehend routers, work instructions
- Accept and follow direction
- Work well in a team environment
- Work safely without endangering yourself or others at Lionshead
- Build a quality product that meets the customer’s expectations

Vacation Program:

- Renewing January 1st : 120 hours of vacation
- Renewing on January 1st of the year following your 5-year anniversary date: 60 hours of vacation
