Lithia Motors is searching for a top-notch, Automotive Office Manager to lead our dealership accounting operations in the Virginia area. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced dealership Office Manager/Controller who wants to advance their career with the best in the business!
The ideal candidate has strong dealership accounting, office operations and management experience. Experience managing large dealership accounting teams is a plus. Multi-store experience is preferred.

Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this position, you must be well-versed in all facets of dealership accounting, cost control, collections, margin expansion and financial controls. You must possess proven leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on communication and customer relations.
- Prior dealership Office Management experience
- 5+ years in all areas of dealership accounting
- Multi-store experience is preferred
- CDK experience
- Strong willingness to adhere to established policies and procedures
- Ability to hold others accountable
- Knowledgeable in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Technologically-savvy
- Great communicators with strong business acumen
- Collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
- Enjoys mentoring and leading a team
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment that is constantly changing
