The People Ops team is the front-line of our People Team, supporting our LiveRamp employees on their day to day HR questions. This thoughtful and thorough team partners across LiveRamp departments behind the scenes on organizational changes, onboarding, offboarding, and many other moments throughout the employee lifecycle. Through our ticketing system (AskRamp aka FreshWorks), the People Ops team manages the People Ops queue, Tier 1 & Tier 2/3 tickets, escalations, and cross-functional asks to other AskRamp queues. People Ops has a direct impact on our employee experience, and is a versatile and resilient team!
You will:
Manage the LiveRamp People Ops Queue via AskRamp, in partnership with other People Ops team members.
Focus on Tier 2 & 3 (complex) Queue Tickets (org moves, offboarding, promotions & compensation changes), while supporting and backing up Tier 1 Queue Tickets (front-line questions & onboarding)
Partner daily with Payroll, Tax, FP&A, BT, IT, Legal and other teams to complete ticketing requests
Partner closely with People Business Partners on organizational changes and accurate employee data across their respective businesses through cyclical HR Programs
Support Employee Relations Operations including partnering with Business Partners on key dates & details, creating Separation Memos and Agreements, and processing involuntary exits and severance payment with payroll.
Partner with Business Technology on Workday process improvements and data audits
Maintain People Ops Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Docs
Represent People Ops in cross-functional projects (some highly confidential)
About you:
5-8 years of professional experience, with 2-4 years of HR experience and exposure to HR programs & processes
You have proven experience maintaining a high level of confidentiality
You are extremely detail-oriented, and close out any open question or task in writing
You can smoothly context-switch from email, to the queue, to projects; from communicating to individual contributors, to your People team, to C-Level executives
You have experience developing content for HR processes, trainings and presentations
You expertly navigate the LiveRamp org, knowing when to get approval from various stakeholders prior to processing a ticket
You can present to and communicate with Director & above level leaders
Excellent communication skills, including effective facilitation, listening and writing
Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
