JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Recruiter serves as the primary contact between Human Resources and operational/staff units ensuring appropriate candidates are sourced, hired, and oriented to meet the organizations talent needs while providing the highest levels of customer service. The HR Recruiter leverages a thorough knowledge and understanding of Livingston HealthCare’s mission and strategy to align HR staffing initiatives and department objectives. This position may be assigned a wide range of other human resources duties and projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS (Required):
§ High school diploma or equivalent
§ 2 – 3 years’ previous experience in human resources, recruiting experience preferred.
ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Maintains a professional human resources certification.
