Description: Join the Lockheed Martin Global Payroll team and help transform our processes and modernize our systems to optimize the employee experience across the Hire to Retire life cycle.
The Global Payroll team is a part of the People Financial Services organization, within Global Financial Services. In this position, the successful candidate will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Global Payroll Operations supporting the implementation of the new enterprise Human Capital Management system, SAP Success Factors Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll.
Responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to the following:
– Engaging with functional payroll teams supporting ongoing production activities to ensure requirements are clearly defined and documented
– Detailed process & system design
– Test script preparation, scenario verification, and defect resolution
– Data analysis, mapping, cleansing, and validation

Basic Qualifications:
– 5 years experience with in-house, multi-state, complex payrolls
– Proven experience dealing with complex Collective Bargaining Agreements
– Prior experience with enterprise HR/Payroll system implementations
– Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
– Demonstrated process improvement experience: the capacity to observe, learn, and make recommendations for continuous improvements
– Proven ability to work in an agile fast pace high volume environment
– Demonstrated experience and ability to establish and maintain highly effective and collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries and geographical locations, with BA and functional leader/team members
Desired Skills:
– Prior experience with SAP Successfactors Employee Central Payroll
– Prior experience with enterprise HR/Payroll system implementations
– FPC or CPP Payroll Certification
– Proven experience with Agile project methodology
– Demonstrated experience with end-to-end cross functional process design
