ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Relationship Building:
Partners, consults and coaches clients; understands and translates business objectives to capabilities; collaborates with business leads to solve complex organizational challenges with a focus on developing and executing strategies to help attract, engage and retain top talent
Lead and support change management efforts through high growth
Partner with clients to identify human capital needs and opportunities.
Coaches clients on assessing and developing talent; recommends action plans to build bench strength for critical role; manages talent processes for designated business units/functions; partners with leaders to optimize employee engagement and retention
Identify needs and initiatives that will drive business success, engage employees and maintain an environment consistent with company values
Operational Excellence
Recommends new approaches to ensure continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of the department and services provided
Establishes and maintains HR metrics that capture ongoing employee lifecycle activities as well as cyclical HR activities
Onboards and trains clients onto the LAS platforms and programs
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
Develops and maintains company health and welfare programs; partners with Senior Director, Business Support Services on benefits strategy and the employee value proposition
Supports managers in the handling of employee relations issues while maintaining the dignity and respect of our team members
Ensures compliance overseeing the integrity of our employee data; maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment including EEO annual report, maintaining records and reports and adherence to local and federal statutes and laws
All other duties as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS
The typical office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (May vary based on assigned support locations)
Ability to work extra hours as determined by the workload and client expectations
Ability to travel to site locations periodically.
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Ability to speak English to communicate with clients, employees, vendors, etc.
