Job Description Lornamead is currently seeking a Logistics Customer Service Rep to join our team!
Lornamead, Inc. manufactures and supplies, hair care, skin care, oral care, and bath products in America. The company offers toothpastes, teeth whitening products and oral analgesics for drug chains, and national food retailers. The company is headquartered in New York, with a manufacturing facility in Tonawanda, New York. Lornamead is a US division of Meiyume who is a global beauty company across major cities across the globe.
Your Challenge:
- Process and manage customer purchase orders.
- Works closely with Supply Chain team to ensure product availability.
- Communicate with customers, brokers and field sales personnel to coordinate special requests, orders, sample request and resolve problems.
- Maintain up-to-date pricing, promotional files, and customer item numbers.
- Assist in routing PO’s for pick up within customer systems.
- Daily reporting to internal and external customers
- Research and clear compliance deductions taken by customer.
- Recognize trends and habitual deduction claims.
- Review and process Return Merchandise Request
- Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong and clear communication skills (verbal & written)
- Influence skills; ability to build relationships across internal departments that support the data and analysis relevant for our group
- Well organized and ability to prioritize
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be organized and possess good time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
