Position Summary:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of all phases of Human Resources in a multi-state operation.
Direct HR responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing HR strategic planning, employee relations, recruitment & retention, compensation administration, benefits, performance management, training & organizational development, policies & procedures, HRIS, Multi-State payroll, risk management and workers comp management.
