Louis Vuitton North America is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for providing integral administration and general support in payroll, benefit and compensation programs and policies for a designated region.
PROFIL
Benefits and Payroll:
Alongside LVMH benefit team, administer benefit programs, including medical, dental, life insurance, employee assistance program, retirement and other plans.
Provide quality customer service to employees and regional HR partners by answering benefit and payroll inquiries and resolving issues.
Partner with third party vendor on relocations of new or existing employees.
Work closely with LVMH Payroll team in processing biweekly payroll for designated region by reviewing and reconciling payroll output provided by the payroll team to ensure accuracy of pay.
Assist with off-cycle manual checks when required.
Train retail management on time & attendance system and biweekly payroll procedure.
Enter exceptions, transfers, and adjustments as needed through time and attendance system in order to process bi-weekly payroll based on state-specific PTO and final pay laws, as well as LVMH policies and procedures.
Administration & Reporting:
First point of contact for all HR related questions from the retail population. Will delegate non-payroll and benefit questions to other facets of HR.
Complete employee lifecycle – ensure new hire packets are submitted to HQ in their entirety and processed timely, enter all status changes, and process terminations in HRIS system.
Relay Human Resources policies regarding administration, benefits, compensation, time away from work, etc.
Support employees in the use of timekeeping, onboarding, and self-service systems.
Process state specific reporting on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis and request vendor invoice payments.
Respond to external requests for employment verification, child support, unemployment, etc.
Partner with Retail Managers to complete new hire Onboarding process to ensure new incumbent is set up in timekeeping and HRIS system.
Reconcile and submit monthly headcount and other ad hoc reporting.
Projects:
Provide required data for the LVMH Social Report and ensure accuracy by analyzing results.
Participate in the annual benefits Open Enrollment process for the United States. Connect with employees any plan changes and/or new offerings being provided.
Skills:
Sophisticated proficiency in excel.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with the ability to build and maintain relations.
High degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality; able to demonstrate discretion in handling highly sensitive material and information
Self-directed, positive, results-oriented professional who thrives in high volume, fast-paced environment
Analytical and detail oriented.
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of USD$30-31. plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
