Position Type: Full Time, Stateside, Salary Range $40,000 – $50,000 with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, company matching retirement, and paid time off.
Position Overview: The HR and Recruiting Assistant will report to the Director of Human Resources. The position will be remote based in the United States. This position may also likely involve travel to recruiting events and meetings. Preference will be given to candidates in Denver, Colorado.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: The primary duties and responsibilities of the HR and Recruiting Assistant are the following:
Assist in recruiting and hiring:
Source and recruit candidates
Prepare and attend assigned recruiting events
Post and maintain job postings
Manage applicants data and flow
Run background checks, reference checks as applicable
Process payroll semi-monthly and assist in on demand payroll as needed
Administer benefits and assist in open enrollment
Maintain HRIS and personnel files
Provide general HR support to staff
Attend required meetings
Other duties as assigned
The qualifications for this position are the following:
Mature Christian.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field AND two (2) years of HR or related experience OR at least four (4) years of relevant experience.
Experience working with Paycom or similar HRIS.
Proficient with Google Workplace.
Passionate about Human Resources.
High attention to details, high quality, and routine work.
Highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Resourceful and comfortable offering solutions and clarity where there is ambiguity.
Not easily distracted, highly disciplined, willing to adapt to change and challenging circumstances.
