We are currently hiring into our job training program for candidates who are interested in becoming a Patient Care Technician and earning their certification as a nursing assistant. Suitable candidates will be hired into an open PCT position even if you don’t have prior education or experience! The program will provide salary and benefits on day 1 as you start a 4 week training program supported by Loyola Medicine and Oak Point University.
Successful applicants will be enrolled in the training program at no cost and will be paid for their time in training. Following the successful completion of the mandatory 4 week program, candidates will transition to their position as a Patient Care Technician with additional support as they become independent in their role.

As a Patient Care Tech you will perform a variety of direct patient care procedures to assist nurses, professional staff and physicians in providing patient care focused on the needs of the patient.
