Schedule will be 9/80 which means you will work 9 days in every 14 day pay period. You will have 2 days off your first week and 3 days off your second week.__

LSG SKY CHEFS is the global leader in airline catering and the management of all in-flight service related processes.

The Operations Supervisor manages a shift, an area and/or a department within the Customer Service Center (CSC). Also monitors and engages employee safety within the CSC.

Duties and Responsibilities of Operations Supervisor:

• Supervise daily area / department activities in the CSC (between 30-40 employees)

• Conduct daily work group meetings

• Manage allocated labor to maximize productivity

• Schedule and control employees to meet labor productivity and overtime targets

• Document and follow up on all department processes in order to implement improvements in Assembly, Transportation and E&S (equipment and sanitation)

• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, FDA, HACCP and other regulations

Transportation:

• Ensure on-time and accurate production and/or catering of all flights

• Monitor and ensure compliance with ramp safety regulations

• Conduct daily safety audits

Assembly:

• Document and follow up on all department processes in order to implement improvements
• Oversee the loading of carts with beverages and equipment
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, FDA, HACCP and other regulations
• Ensure on-time and accurate production and/or catering of all flights

Equipment and Sanitation:

• Supervise personnel to maintain proper cleanliness of dish-room
• Responsible for the delivery system to the other departments
• Maintain the equipment storage room

Required Skills of Operations Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge required

• In addition, one to three years of related work experience in a supervisory role required.

• Ability to develop and lead others to obtain desired results & achieve budget

• Proven analytical and leadership skills

• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills required combines with an aptitude for multi-tasking

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer application

We are a 24/7 operation, the scheduled shifts may include nights, weekends and holidays.

Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
