Lutheran Life Villages is beginning to transition HRIS systems and are in need of a HRIS Specialist to not only be the project manager but the systems expert long term.
The HRIS Specialist has a primary focus on implementation, support, and maintenance of the Human Resource Information Management System. This position serves as a technical point-of contact for information systems supporting HR planning and operations. Works closely with other subject matter experts to ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Specialist also supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Education/Training
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
Understanding of human resource disciplines and benefits required
Experience
A minimum of five years’ experience working in human resources, payroll, benefits, or a related field
A minimum of three years of data analytics and/or HRIS experience
Experience with ad hoc report builders and presenting metrics to management
UKG Pro implementation, configuration, and/or maintenance experience preferred
