Automotive Technicians are you looking for a different kind of shop…. A shop that the average Technician works on 4-5 cars per day because they are spending their time doing repair work instead of oil changes. A shop that can alternate your schedule between a 4 day work week, then a 5 day…. And do it in a way that you get 3 days off in a row twice a month (Fri, Sat and Sun or Sun, Mon and Tues)! Finding the right work life balance while getting paid your worth is a challenge but it can be done! We believe that giving our people time off allows them to be more productive when they are at work! Which is why we are closed on Sundays and have no late evenings. We do have some who choose to work 5 days every week but ultimately that choice is yours! With an E-Inspection system and a proven sales process our team members enjoy higher tickets with fewer cars….

Pay: $800.00 – $1,650.00 per week
