Be part of a dynamic team at a new Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting in Carpentersville. This is in a fully renovated modern and clean facility with excellent lighting and working conditions. There is a combination of fleet, retail, and restoration work. We are very quality focused.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take phone calls
- Support Estimators by assisting with paperwork
- Take pictures and upload into job folders
- Receive and organize parts
- Scan and file invoices
- Pick up and deliver vehicles to fleet locations
- Help move cars and help in the shop as needed
- General cleaning and organizing
Job Requirements:
- Interest in automobiles, estimating, sales, and customer service
- Must have strong communication, organization, and follow up skills
- Must be detail oriented and organized
- Must be proficient with computers, Windows 10, and other applications
- Engaging and Dynamic personality preferred
- Bi-lingual English / Spanish preferred
Experience in an auto body shop environment is preferred, but will train someone who already has customer service and inter-personal skills.
Valid Drivers License required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
