Job Summary

MacLean Power Systems is seeking a Talent Acquisition Program Manager to establish/manage recruiting programs for the enterprise. The role will also perform full cycle recruiting for the Corporate Functions. The Talent Acquisition Program Manager will be self-driven and motivated to work independently as an individual contributor and be part of the broader HR team.

Job Duties

• Oversee administration of human resources policies and programs, which includes directing recruiting
• Design and implement best in class recruiting strategies and processes to attract top talent and provide a positive experience for candidates
• Stay abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and suggest changes in our processes in order to remain competitive.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate function positions including onboarding.
• Train, coach and collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders about the recruiting and hiring process
• Manage and drive program-related processes for college hiring/internship, rotational programs, etc
• Track and produce staffing related metrics
• Establish relationships with sources of staffing to ensure a strong supply of quality talent.
• Attending career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
• Developing relationships with school faculty and educators to enhance the company relationship with the local colleges and universities.
• Represent the company at community and company events
• Manage job boards and relationships/contracts with staffing related vendors.
• Participate in the onboarding activities related to Acquisitions.

Experience and Education

• Degree in HR or similar field.
• 4+ years leading and developing intern/early career program and/o corporate recruiting experience
• Proven leadership skills collaborating with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate on projects, presenting to various audiences
• Desire to continuously network and represent MacLean Power Systems
