Job Description/Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented elementary teacher to plan and implement a multi-age instructional program rooted in a Montessori learning environment.

Celebrate a child’s natural desire to learn, where moving at their own pace is encouraged, and their unique learning style is embraced.

Looking for someone who is team-oriented and contains a growth mindset as we focus on being a culture of feedback to ensure we are staying student focused.

Successful candidates are willing to grow professionally in the Montessori method and can adapt well to change throughout the school year.

Qualifications:
Valid Michigan elementary teaching certificate

Able to differentiate instruction for each individual student based on their academic growth plan.

Excellent verbal and written expression using proper grammar and vocabulary.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Works well and has a passion for urban education.
