HR Business Partner – Macquarie Asset Management
Philadelphia
Macquarie Asset Management is a global asset manager that aims to deliver positive impact for everyone. We are trusted by institutions and individuals to manage approximately $US582 billion in assets globally. We provide access to specialist investment expertise across public and private markets including infrastructure, green investments, real estate, agriculture and natural assets, asset finance, private credit, equities, fixed income and multi-asset solutions.
The HR Business Partner will partner with Macquarie Asset Management stakeholders across the Americas and take accountability for the delivery of comprehensive HR advice and services. You will work closely with the Global Macquarie Asset Management HR team, as well as Centre of Excellence teams to deliver human resources activities aligned to the broader business strategy and Macquarie Group’s corporate HR principles and practices.
You will be pragmatic, with a delivery-focused style and excellent judgement combined with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability, and personal credibility, to influence senior management across the business. Having worked within a global matrix organization, you will have the desire to act as a business enabler and have a proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse stakeholder group. You will support aspects of the year-end remuneration and promotion processes whilst driving the execution of talent and diversity strategies within the business group.
You will also have degree-level education with business or other relevant tertiary/professional qualifications and well-developed analytical skills and numeracy. If you are seeking to take on accountability for a diverse range of HR activities and driving strategic outcomes, while remaining actively engaged in the day-to-day delivery of HR services to business leaders and teams, this is a fantastic opportunity.
If you have a strong HR Generalist experience, understanding of business issues and a commercial mindset, we would like to hear from you.
