In this role, you will build and leverage a deep network of diverse, engaged professionals, with a specific focus on the Houston talent market, to meet the talent needs of our growing business. Partnering and consulting with hiring managers, HR Business partners and other senior stakeholders, you will deliver an excellent recruitment experience for all participants in the recruitment process. As a passionate people advocate, you will seek to ensure an exceptional candidate experience, so that all candidates have a positive experience with recruitment, regardless of outcome. This includes working with hiring managers to ensure an appropriate and candidate-centric selection process that provides the business with the information they need to make hiring decisions while thoughtfully engaging with candidates. You will also leverage your excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of internal and external benchmarks to propose, extend and close compelling offers with successful candidates.
Working as part of a broader team of dedicated recruiters, sourcers and recruiting coordinators, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and leverage best practices while also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to share with your colleagues. Overall, this is an exceptional opportunity for you to work within a well-established and well-regarded recruitment function to become a trusted advisor to the business and materially contribute to the success of a dynamic, growing function.
If you are excited by this opportunity to support the growth of our business, we want to hear from you!
