Essential Job Functions:

• Possess and maintain a thorough knowledge of fine art logistics, including international shipping processes and protocol as well as an understanding of fine art handling, installation, and packing methods
• Assessment and timely completion of estimate requests including but not limited to quoting, rating, and booking, working closely with vendors & logistics partners
• Interface with clients, vendors, and government agencies as applicable including but not limited to Customs, BIS, TSA, USDA, FDA, USFWS and DOT
• Set up and independently manage export/import files including logging, file setup, documentation, communications, rating and billing with the ability to meet deadlines and manage projects from start to completion
• Maintain files in an organized fashion including copies of all documentation, communications and other related items
• Anticipate needs of clients and seek out information to meet their demands
• Compliance with Masterpiece policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of internal systems and programs
• Assist the manager and team members with Art Fair planning
• Assist the manager to develop and expand systems already in place, to sustain and simplify future operations, both in the office and on the ground at the fairs
• Ability to work onsite at local, domestic, and international fairs is required
