Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Magnolia, AR is seeking a Network Administrator to join our IT team!
The Systems Administrator works within a collaborative IT organization implementing, administering, and supporting virtual and physical servers and their associated systems and services, for both on-premises and cloud environments. The position contributes to area strategy and continuous improvement via research, performance analysis, automation, and process refinement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Investigate and resolve computer software and hardware problems of users.
· Regulate access to computer data files; monitor data file use and update computer security files.
· Install, modify and make minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems and provide technical assistance and training to system users.
· Serves as a team member to enhance customer/supplier relationships within the organization.
· Participates on departmental and hospital committees/task forces as assigned.
· Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
· Maintain a log of required repairs and maintenance schedule.
· Researches, and recommends current and potential technology resources purchases and services.
· Communicate daily with Director of non-incidental issues.
· Maintain working knowledge of all hospital application portfolios.
· This position participates in a group 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year on-call rotation

REQUIREMENTS
A. Education and Training:
Bachelor’s Degree (four year college or university) and/or four to ten years related experience
B. Experience:
*Require at least five years experience with computer technology.
*Preferred 3+ years medical environment experience.
*Preferred 3+ years experience managing Cisco WLANLAN with multiple VLANs.
*Preferred experience managing Cisco Unified Communications.
*Required experience with VMWare
*Experience with Microsoft Servers environment
*Advanced knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Kerberos and Windows Authentication
*Strong collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.
*Highly analytical with proven background to execute and implement multiple priorities.
*Proven experience with data analysis and reporting.
C. Licensure, Registration, Certification:
Certified as appropriate for profession.
D. Continuing Health and Education:
Comply with standards as set forth by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals Organization (JCAHO), state and federal agencies, and hospital requirements including annual TB skin test and educational in-services.
E. Other: Computer SkillsMicrosoft Office
Advance knowledge of mainframe, midrange, networking strategies, environments, equipment, operating systems, development tools and methodologies
