MaineHealth Hiring for Manager – Human Resource Support Center at Portland, Maine Full Time

  • Position Summary
  • The HR Support Center Manager plays a critical role in supporting all MH care team members to answer questions or resolve issues related to benefits, HR policy, retirement, leave, wellness, and more. The person in this role will be responsible to build and maintain a strong, functional team by focusing on recruiting, training and coaching to support a succession planning model for the larger HR organization
  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
    • Education:Bachelor’s Degree
    • License/Certifications: Professional certification preferred.
    • Experience: Previous management-level experience in Human Resources service delivery or call or operations center experience
    • Knowledge of enterprise-wide HRIS systems and shared services support center operations case management software so as to be able to perform at the “super user” level is required.
    • Thorough knowledge of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations impacting area of responsibility.
