PAY AND BENEFITS
Annual Pay Range: $62,238.59 – $78,974.69
Hourly Pay Range: $31.917226 – $40.499840
Salary offers will be made within the posted pay range and will be based on a candidate’s experience (paid or unpaid) that is directly relevant to the position.

JOB DETAILS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Clackamas County’s Social Services Division is seeking an experienced, detail oriented individual to join their contracts team as a Management Analyst 1 within their Administrative Division. The position’s primary responsibility consists of contract support for transportation programs within Social Services. This Management Analyst 1 will also be a liaison with State and Federal funding contacts, as well as with multiple County departments, such as Procurement to complete Requests for Proposals or Qualifications (RFPs or RFQs) for goods and services. The Management Analyst 1 will also monitor contracted services, assist with reporting to State and Federal funding sources, and assist with other contract, billing, and reporting functions, including transportation billings and reporting.
This is a great opportunity for a professional looking to build upon their administrative or management support experience while playing an important part in a service-oriented team.
Required Minimum Qualifications/ Transferrable Skills:*
• A minimum of three (3) years of related experience that would provide the required knowledge and skills to perform the responsibilities of this position
• Experience with administrative or management support in areas of administration, programming, finance, budgeting, contracts, and/or other specialty areas
• Experience with management of existing agreements, including payments, reporting and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with federal and state funding processes
• Experience negotiating contractual agreements and sub-recipient agreements, including procurement, contract terms and conditions
• Experience in effective research techniques, methods and procedures
• Ability to prepare clear, accurate and concise reports in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate complex requirements to partners and peers
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
