Manresa Bread’s Commissary located in Los Gatos, California is hiring a Full-Time Dishwasher to work evenings from 4pm to 12am (may vary).

Manresa Bread is a neighborhood bakery led by Partner and Head Baker Avery Ruzicka, a 2019 James Beard Finalist. Conceived in the kitchen of Chef David Kinch’s three-Michelin-star Manresa restaurant, Manresa Bread mills 90% of the—primarily local—grains in house on 40” New American Stone Mill; sources high-quality artisanal and local ingredients; employs time-honored baking techniques; and uses natural fermentation processes to create a rotating selection of sourdough loaves and sweet and savory pastries.

Qualified individuals must have at least 1 year experience in a restaurant setting, high attention to detail, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must have an open schedule and open to work any days starting at 1PM.

Job Duties:

• Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary
• Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly and store them in the appropriate places
• Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises, including emptying trash cans, cleaning drink machines, and cleaning any spills and broken glass immediately
• Assist production team as needed, especially during peak hours
• Report any serious incidents to upper management, such as machine failure or broken facilities
• Other duties as requested

Experience:
